Frequently asked questions
Do you provide layered files or fonts?
We don't provide editable files for legal + professional reasons - we're always happy to help you with your future needs. We're also unable to provide font files to our clients, but we will happily provide you the information you need to license the fonts yourself after finalizing your logo with us!
Policy on Excessive Revisions
We go to great lengths to ensure that you're happy with your logo + designs, but we're unable to offer excessive revisions free of charge. If we determine that your requests are outside the scope of the item purchased, we'll provide you with a link for additional payment or find another option that we think will be suitable for both of us.
Order Abandonment
We understand that life happens -- we humbly request that you communicate with us if you anticipate delays in responding to us regarding your order. We're happy to place the order on hold, if need be, if communicated to us.
If orders are abandoned in excess of 30 days, a reopening fee will be applied to the order.
Disclaimer & Client Responsibility
All designs provided to clients are based on pre-made logo purchases. It is the client's responsibility to ensure your business name is cleared & that the logo & branding (if applicable) does not bear similarity to the branding of similarly named businesses or related industries.
Pre-made logos are re-sold in our shop, and may not be trademarked or considered one-of-a-kind or unique.
Custom logo & branding orders are based solely on information that a client provides to us, and designs are created from scratch based on that information. No designs provided as reference will be duplicated.
Maintaining Files
We recommend downloading your finalized files immediately, and backing them up on your own cloud storage or external storage. While we do keep your files on hand for a short period of time post-finalization, we do not maintain and store your files for you beyond 30 days.
Replacing lost or aged off files requires another purchase, which is why we recommend downloading + backing up your files immediately.
Discounts + Coupons
While we make every attempt to keep our clients satisfied, coupons and discounts may not be applied retroactively to your order with us, or after our sale has ended. Coupons may not be stacked with sale prices, and sale prices are good ONLY whenever the sale is active. Some items may be excluded from sales + coupon usage at our discretion.
Printing Information
We do not print items, nor do we provide any physical items. We only recommend printing our designs through a professional lab, like Moo or Vistaprint. We cannot accept responsibility for how your home printer handles color. We always recommend a test print of the proofing if you have concerns.
Gold foil: We're happy to prepare your print materials for foil printing, per your printer's specifications - you must provide these to us. If you choose not to invest in gold foil or metallic texture cards, the gold or other metallic texture in your card will print as an image with no texture or actual shine. While most major professional labs do a good job with the print, we cannot be held responsible for the print job.
Do you ship anything?
No! We don't ship any physical items to you. We provide *all* files via a download link.
Please note that you will still receive a "shipping" notification from Etsy once your order is complete, but don't worry -- you will not receive anything in the mail from us.
